Extend A Helping Hand Foundation is a 501(c)(3) founded by I'lasha James, a Community Health Worker (CHW) with a heart to serve underserved communities.
Our mission
Through outreach, education and resource allocation, our goal is to enable underprivileged families and seniors to attain long term self-sufficiency.
Our Vision
Strengthening communities is our aim, and we achieve it by facilitating access to vital social services and locally available resources in conjunction with other nonprofits, local businesses, health entities, educational institutions, religious organizations, and community leaders.
